Adam Drężek is responsible for the EMERALD menu. He draws inspiration from Polish cuisine and specializes in refining dishes made of simple, seasonal products. He gained experience in his family’s restaurant “A nuż widelec” in Warsaw’s Powiśle. The love of locality does not prevent him from searching for the perfect exotic tastes. He developed his talent in renowned restaurants in Norway.
